Lawyer from Universidad EAFIT with a focus on Business and International Law, with a Diploma in Intellectual Property from the same university and certified in M&A Operations and Corporate Transactions from Universidad del Rosario. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Law with a focus on Business Law from Universidad EAFIT.

She has experience advising companies on a wide range of legal matters, from their incorporation to ongoing operations, ensuring compliance with legal obligations. Her expertise lies particularly in commercial and corporate law, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She has provided counsel to various companies on the drafting and structuring of commercial contracts, the execution of corporate documents for a variety of business operations, and the support of corporate bodies, including corporate secretarial functions. Additionally, she has been involved  in multiple M&A transactions, managing legal due diligence processes, drafting and negotiating transaction agreements, and preparing and negotiating shareholder agreements.
